Get2Gether brings 60–160 ticketed Vancouver professionals to partner venues on weeknights, 7:00–9:00 PM. You provide the room and your regular bar service; we handle tickets, promotion, check-in, the host and the structured networking rounds. Get2Gether doesn't charge venues — terms for the room are agreed with each venue before we book a date.

A booked weeknight, with none of the work.
A full room on a quiet weeknight
60–160 guests who bought tickets in advance, arriving at 7:00 PM on a weeknight you'd otherwise fight to fill.
Bar and kitchen revenue
Guests buy their own drinks and food. You keep your regular service — we don't run a bar or bring outside catering.
Your venue in front of new regulars
Your name and address on the event page, the Eventbrite listing and the event data Google uses for its event results.
Photos you can use
Event photography from the night, shared with you for your own social channels.
Hosting handled
We run tickets, check-in, the host, the speed-networking rounds and the clean-up of our own materials.
A series, not a one-off
A room that works becomes a recurring night — the same crowd, back at your venue.
02 · What we look for
A good room for conversation.
Lounges, bars, hotel spaces and restaurants with a semi-private area all work. Downtown, Yaletown, Gastown and Mount Pleasant are ideal.
- Standing room for 60–160 people — a semi-private area or a full buyout
- Your regular bar service, plus light bites if your kitchen offers them
- A microphone or speaker for the host (we can bring our own)
- Space near the entrance for a check-in table
- Weeknights, 6:30–9:30 PM including set-up
- Ideally within a short walk of a SkyTrain station

Walk-through and a date
We visit, agree terms for the room, and pick a weeknight that works for both of us.
We sell and promote
Tickets on Eventbrite, the event page, our newsletter and social — all naming your venue.
The night, then the recap
We host 7:00–9:00 PM, share the photos, and talk about making it a series.

Hosting, straight answers.
No — Get2Gether doesn't charge venues. Terms for the room itself (a room fee, a food-and-drink minimum, or neither) are agreed with each venue before we book a date.
Weeknights, 7:00–9:00 PM, with set-up from 6:30 PM. Doors close by 9:30 PM.
Every room is capped and ticketed in advance through Eventbrite — usually 60–160 people depending on the venue — so you know the headcount before the night.
Working professionals from one industry — real estate, AI & tech, finance or entrepreneurs — in business casual. It's a structured networking evening, not a party: 19+, timed conversation rounds, done by 9:00 PM.
Yes. A drink or menu special for guests can go on the event page and be announced by the host.
